Detailed Founding-Stage Eligibility
The signed founding-stage Membership Regulations set a professional baseline for organizations seeking full membership. Current requirements should always be checked against the latest formally approved KECAB decision.
- Valid Trade License.
- TIN/e-TIN and BIN under the founding-stage requirements.
- At least two years of active business operation.
- A verifiable physical office in Bangladesh.
- Proposed minimum office area of 300 square feet.
- Active professional relationship with recognized South Korean universities or education institutions.
- Proposed minimum of three verifiable agreements/representation/recruitment/working relationships.
- Sufficient trained manpower for counselling, admission and administration.
- Current business documentation.
- Formal acceptance of KECAB Code of Conduct and standards.
- FACD-CAB membership recorded as a founding-stage proposal, subject to final constitutional and coordination decisions.
Verification Before Approval
KECAB may conduct office verification, document verification, institutional relationship verification, interviews and reference checks. Submitting documents does not itself guarantee approval. Materially false or misleading information may lead to rejection or disciplinary consequences.

Verification before approval
Eligibility requirements are not intended to be satisfied by declarations alone. KECAB may review submitted documents, verify the physical office, check references, request clarification, confirm institutional relationships and conduct an interview before approving membership.
Founding-stage requirements
The signed founding document records requirements including a valid Trade License, TIN/e-TIN and BIN, at least two years of operation, a verifiable physical office, a proposed minimum office area of 300 square feet, working relationships with recognized South Korean institutions, a proposed minimum of three verifiable institutional relationships, adequate trained manpower, current business documentation, acceptance of the Code of Conduct and a proposed FACD-CAB membership condition subject to final coordination.
Accuracy of applications
Applicants remain responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of documents and statements submitted. Misrepresentation, forged evidence or materially false information may lead to rejection, suspension or disciplinary review under applicable KECAB procedures.
