Acceptance of Terms
By using kecab.bd, you agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. The site provides institutional information, public member verification, educational resources, forms and communication tools.
No Automatic Membership or Endorsement
Joining a public group, subscribing, submitting a form or appearing in third-party content does not create KECAB membership. Official membership depends on approval and the live KECAB member record. Membership does not guarantee visa, admission, scholarship, employment or any commercial service outcome.
Information Accuracy
KECAB seeks to maintain accurate institutional information, but university policies, higher-education rules and immigration procedures can change. Verify time-sensitive matters with the competent university, authority or official source.
Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, submit fraudulent evidence, impersonate another person or organization, misuse verification records, unlawfully scrape protected data or misuse KECAB branding.
Intellectual Property
KECAB names, logos, original content, certificates, publications and website materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Public access does not grant permission to issue derivative certificates or imply authorization.
Changes
KECAB may update these terms and website features as governance and institutional requirements evolve. Material changes should be published appropriately.
Accuracy and responsible use
Users must not misuse KECAB’s website, member directory, certificates, logos, forms or publications to create a false impression of membership, authorization, endorsement or institutional relationship. Automated scraping, attempts to bypass authentication, malicious uploads and interference with the verification system are prohibited.
Member and certificate records
The live public verification record on kecab.bd is the authoritative reference for current KECAB membership and certificate status. A downloaded PDF, screenshot, printed certificate or cached page does not establish continuing validity if the live record has expired, been revoked or is otherwise inactive.
External information and changes
External university, government, immigration and scholarship information may change without notice. KECAB may update website content, policies, forms, eligibility standards and technical features as its institutional framework develops, subject to applicable governance and law.
