Responsible Visa Information

Visa Awareness

Important visa-awareness principles for Bangladeshi students planning higher education in South Korea.

Visa Decisions Belong to the Competent Authority

A student visa is a sovereign immigration decision. Universities, consultants and professional associations can provide documents or guidance within their roles, but cannot guarantee approval by the competent Republic of Korea authority.

Use Current Official Requirements

Visa categories, forms, financial evidence, appointments, submission routes and processing arrangements can change. Applicants should use current official Embassy, consular, immigration or authorized application-center information as applicable.

Avoid Visa Guarantees

Statements such as “100% visa guarantee” or “Embassy guaranteed” should be treated with caution. A strong admission profile cannot remove the authority’s discretion.

Document Integrity

Never submit fabricated academic, employment, financial or family documents. Inconsistencies or false information can affect current and future applications.

Appointment Cooperation

The founding framework supports lawful sharing of procedural or appointment-availability information, but not appointment selling, manipulation or violation of competent-authority rules.

Visa decisions belong to the competent authority

Admission and visa are separate decisions. A university may admit a student, but the competent immigration or consular authority determines visa issuance under applicable rules. No consultant or association can responsibly guarantee a sovereign visa outcome.

Prepare for verification

Applicants should keep information consistent across university applications, financial records, visa forms and interviews. Where an official requirement is unclear, use the relevant authority’s current instructions rather than relying solely on social-media claims or informal assurances.
