KECAB Membership

Membership Purpose

KECAB membership is intended for eligible, responsible education consultancy organizations working with South Korean higher education and agreeing to the association’s ethical and professional standards. Membership carries responsibilities toward students, the profession and KECAB’s institutional reputation.

Application & Verification

The process can include application, supporting documents, reference information, office and business verification, verification of South Korean institutional relationships, review or interview where required, payment of approved fees and final approval.

Current Founding-Stage Fees

The signed founding document records an Admission Fee of BDT 15,000, Annual Fee of BDT 10,000 and Monthly Subscription of BDT 500. Later changes should be published through an official KECAB decision.

Member Responsibilities

Members are expected to uphold truthful communication, ethical counselling, responsible recruitment, student protection, documentation integrity, financial transparency, professional respect and approved KECAB rules.

Treat an organization as an active KECAB member only when the live public record confirms approved status. A logo, screenshot, old certificate or social-media claim is not a substitute for live verification.

Membership is a professional commitment

KECAB membership is intended to represent verified participation in a professional association, not a guarantee of visa outcomes, university admission, commercial success or endorsement of every service offered by a member. Applicants are expected to satisfy eligibility requirements, submit supporting evidence and accept the Association’s ethical framework.

Continuing responsibility

Approval is not the end of compliance. Members should keep business documents current, maintain accurate public representations, observe student-protection standards, pay applicable fees, cooperate with reasonable verification and respond appropriately to legitimate complaints or compliance reviews.
