Constitution & Founding Declaration

The signed KECAB Constitution, Founding Declaration & Acknowledgement dated 8 August 2026 is a founding-stage institutional record. It covers the organization’s nature and objectives, Founding Convenors, interim committee mandate, FACD-CAB relationship, membership standards, ethics, responsible advertising, student protection, fees, complaints, dispute resolution and founding acknowledgement.

Handwritten Amendments

The signed document contains founding-meeting marks and amendments. For example, “Package Process” was added by hand to the prohibited-practices section. Until a formally approved consolidated version supersedes the founding record, the signed document should be preserved as the historical source.
